Life Around the Office

Our response to COVID-19

Our mission after moving to #workfromhome was to be there for each one of our employees & their families. To be safe, we initiated lockdown even before the government imposed it. We also amended our health insurance policy & introduced an unlimited leave policy to help our team when they needed it the most.

We revamped our internal working structure for this lockdown. From a monthly town hall to formal weekly connections with our leaders to informal virtual connections over dinner & drinks, we made sure we answered questions honestly, helped tide over difficult times & get rid of anxieties.

We also launched an endeavour to promote learning for all where we urged our employees to focus on building their tech prowess & introduced Coursera for all. This has helped in upskilling our employees.

We understood that this lockdown would be a long duration one. So to ensure the comfort of our employees, we set up a home office allowance. This allowed them to buy office furniture and ergonomic chairs.

Finally, and Most importantly, we were confident in building an organisation with no lay-offs, ZERO salary cuts, & timely salary revisions. Lastly, we tell all our family members that we are with them, and we will resume work-from our office only when we are confident they can.
